BRT services are focused on some strategic areas:

  • Bonfiglioli Spare Parts service: a wide range of products of more than 10,000 different items, a total of 4.500.000 pieces always available in stock, stored in our Automated Wrehouse of 3300 cubic meters managed br 3 robots.
  • Assembly and Customization Centers: We are able to assembly almost all the Bonfiglioli finished products for emergency customer requests; moreover we have some dedicated assembly production lines for RAO, AS , TA and V series.

Our Services

Logistics flows management and software applications including order entry, Picking & Packing up to order shipments have been developed and optimized for providing a particularly lean and fast service for all orders urgently requested.


Production downtimes due to malfunctions or breakdowns of drives, gearboxes and gearmotors are critical situations that may generate unexpected and increasing costs for customers and this is why over the years BRT improved the customer service with a particular attention to finished products as they often represent the most suitable solution for problems that cannot be solved in any other way. For this reason we have expanded, optimized and diversified the number of components in our warehouse so as to have to depend less and less on external supplies which could negatively impact on delivery dates and generate delays in situations of particular urgency and criticality.


BRT, in agreement with Bonfiglioli Riduttori Management, deemed strategic to continue providing a product service support even at the end of lifecycle of some product series that are particularly important for strategic reasons; at this purpose since BRT foundation, we always gave great importance to products that are now in phase out and no longer assembled directly by Bonfiglioli Riduttori plants and whose assembly lines have been directly acquired by BRT in order to continue the production in our facility.


BRT logistic flows are fully organized and integrated with Bonfiglioli production plants with the goal of optimizing the delivery times and keeping the customer requested delivery dates also thanks to special agreements with "preferred" national and international shipping partners.
